Many agents complain that they are so busy working during the day they have no time to get new business other than spending time cold calling. But with a new awareness of how successful agents actually get their business (hint - it is not cold calling), they can see their production double, triple or grow even more.

I have put together an actual list of 50 examples of how brokers have gotten new business without ever making a cold call. And almost all the examples took no extra time from what was in their plain view every day.
