The Greater Washington Commercial Association of REALTORS® (GWCAR) held its Annual Meeting on Tuesday, December 5 at the National Association of REALTORS® building in downtown DC. At the meeting, members of the GWCAR Board of Directors for 2007 were recognized and sworn in. Marty Almquist of Equity Office Properties Trust was installed as GWCAR's 2007 President.

 GWCAR is a regional trade association dedicated to serving commercial real estate interests throughout the District of Columbia, Suburban Maryland and Northern Virginia. GWCAR strives to make the greater Washington area more conducive to business.
