Washington, DC - September 21, 2010 - The Greater Washington Commercial Association of REALTORS^® (GWCAR) will present RealTOUR 2010 on Thursday, September 23. This year's event will feature NoMa and Capitol Hill - two of the city's most vibrant neighborhoods.

The day's events will kick off at 1:30 p.m. with a Development Expo at America's Square at 300 New Jersey Avenue, NW, hosted by Dweck Properties, LTD, followed by a walking tour of commercial office properties located in the Capitol Hill and NoMa Neighborhoods from 4:00 p.m - 5:30 p.m., culminating with a networking reception at Tishman Speyer's 1100 1st Street, NE from 5:30 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.

"We are excited that this year's tour will highlight the greatest concentration of new office construction in the D.C. market," says Katie Burton, Assistant Vice President at Akridge and 2010 RealTOUR Committee Chair. "More office leases have been signed in NoMa in the last 12 months than in all other DC submarkets combined, largely driven by Federal requirements."
