GWCAR Announces 2009 Award Winners
The Greater Washington Commercial Association of REALTORS® (GWCAR) named its top agents in finance, development, sales, and leasing for 2009 at the Fifteenth Annual Commercial Awards Dinner on Thursday, March 25 at the Mayflower Hotel in Washington, DC. The Retail Agent of the Year award was renamed the Eric. C. Rubin Retail Award in memory of Eric Rubin of Madison Retail. More than 400 commercial real estate industry leaders were in attendance as the top performers in each category were honored.
