Steve Wetzler was promoted to Vice President of Gaithersburg-based McShea & Co. Brendon Behan was promoted to Assistant Vice President.
Robert T. Cashman joined CB Richard Ellis in the Baltimore office as a Senior Vice President. Cashman will handle investment property sales in the Baltimore-Washington region. Margaret Donkerbrook joined CB Richard Ellis in the Washington, DC office as Director of Marketing and Information Management.
Robert H. Busler, AIA, has joined WDG Architecture as Principal, Strategic Planning and Business Development.
Craig R. Burton joined The Donohoe Cos. as Vice President. Burton will focus on property acquisitions and leasing.
Marc Bassin joined Cushman & Wakefield as Senior Director in the firm's McLean office.
Lewis Askew, Joseph Guarino and Jeffrey Renzulli joined Watt, Tieder, Hoffar & Fitzgerald, LLP as partners in the McLean office. Michael Hutchins and David McPherson joined the firm's satellite offices.
Raymond Van Dyke joined Nixon Peabody as partner in the technology and intellectual property group in DC.
James Allegro and Sabret Flocos joined Fox Architects in McLean as principals. Mark Strandquist joined as Marketing Director.
Vanguard Realty Group exclusively brokered the sale of LHL Realty Company's Silver Spring Portfolio to Gramax Associates, L.P. The portfolio was comprised of nearly 430,000 sf. The sale lowered the vacancy rate in Silver Spring by 5 percent.
