GWCAR members were recognized for their individal sales and leasing performance and dedication to their profession and community. The dinner was held April 25th at the Mayflower Hotel.

Susan Thomas of Cushman & Wakefield was honored as the REALTOR^® of the Year not only for her business achievements, but also her commitment to GWCAR, and her active involvement in the community.

Sherry Cushman of Julien J. Studley, Inc. received the Brendan McCarthy Award for her commitment to mentoring other REALTORS^®, while Douglas A. Eliot of Millennium Realty Advisors captured the Rookie of the Year for Leasing Award.
