Capitol Hill South Submarket

The next DC Regional Breakfast Meeting will be at held at 8:00 am on Thursday, September 7 at The Club at Franklin Square. The program will focus on the announcement of Washington's newest real estate submarket, "The Capitol Hill South Submarket."

Speakers will include Admiral Christopher Weaver of the Department of the Navy, Harry Pfohl of Lincoln Property Group, Steven Gewirz of Potomac Investments, and Paul Robertson of Spaulding & Slye.

The panelists will represent over 2 million square feet of new public and private office product scheduled to come on line over the next two years. Panelists will discuss their prognosis of the real estate market and forecast the impact these new developments will have on the overall urban office supply. Fitzgerald Moving and Storage is graciously underwriting this month's program.
