LoopNet Enhances Listing Service
In an ongoing effort to improve the GWCAR listing service, LoopNet has just added the following functionality:
You can now sort your search results either from the search screen or the search results pages. You can sort by City, State, Property Type, Price or Available Square Feet. Additionally you can now jump to any search results page.
A "Return to Search Results" button has been added to the listings to increase the ease of navigation. And, you now have the ability to submit one PDF or TXT file to your listings at no cost.
Did you know that over 65% of all LoopNet listings are updated more frequently than once a month? LoopNet and GWCAR are committed to having an up-to-date listing service. Listings will now be deleted at three and a half months. Janitor emails will still be sent monthly. At three months, the janitor email will warn that the property will be deleted in two weeks unless it is extended.
When you delete a listing - you will now be asked to complete a few fields of information, such as the status of the property and sale price / lease rate. This information will ultimately be available in a comps database, so please take a moment to complete this information when you delete your listing.
