NAR Mid-Year Activities for Commercial Brokers

It’s not too soon to start planning for the mid-year meetings. Saturday, May 20th is being arranged as “NAR Commercial Day.” The Saturday morning forum will have two components. The Commercial Leadership Forum from 8:30 - 10am will be comprised of case studies for commercial structures leaders. GWCAR President Susan Thomas will represent the association at this session. The second segment will be called the Commercial Town Hall Meeting and will be a time for all NAR commercial members to hear what is going on with TRANSACT and CommercialSource.com and to keep tabs on NAR’s legislative and other commercial initiatives. Saturday afternoon will be comprised of networking and marketing, and the Networking Roundtables will be from 1:30 - 3:00pm. The Member Services subcommittee will begin discussing whether to conduct a more formal property marketing session from 3:30-5:00pm. Following the afternoon sessions from 5:30 - 7:00pm will be REALTORS^® Commercial Alliance Reception. There is no fee to attend the NAR Mid-Year Meeting and Expo.
