The meeting was held in Two Irvington Centre, which is in the heart of the office and employment portion of King Farm. The building provides 166,702 rentable square feet and has six floors, plus a basement and penthouse. It was ready for occupancy in January of 2001. The building currently has 4,800 square feet still available for lease. Rental rates are in the low $30's per square foot. The basement houses a conference center that can accommodate up to 90 people and is wired for computer equipment as well as a work-out facility with CYBEX equipment.

Irvington Centre is at the forefront of the movement back to traditional town planning. It is within walking distance of shopping, cultural and recreational amenities. A health club and hotel are planned within Irvington Centre and there will be a restaurant on the first floor of One Irvington Centre.

Construction has begun on the third office building at King Farm, which will be 215,000 square feet and will be finished in February of 2002. Nearly 2,000 housing units at King Farm have been sold and there is also strong demand for the retail center.
