Deloitte & Touche Recognizes CoStar

For the fifth straight year, CoStar Group, Inc. has been named to the Deloitte & Touche Technology Fast 500, an annual ranking of the fastest-growing technology firms in North America.

Between 1998 and 2002, the Maryland-based company's revenue mushroomed by 471 percent. In the past year, CoStar successfully completed the transition of its core subscription products from a desktop application to a fully online platform. In addition, it expanded internationally with the purchase of U.K.-based FOCUS and launched its new Property Express service that enables PC users to search commercial properties for lease and for sale without having to become subscribers.
