Richard Seigel moved to West, Lane & Schlager to launch an investment services group. Amanda Swinson joined the firm as Director of Market Research.

Craig Estey was named Sr. Vice President at the DC office of Equis.

Joe Callahan now oversees all of Trammell Crow's brokerage and property management for the entire Northeast region. Joe Stettinius filled his shoes as Mid-Atlantic Director. Terry Hindermann joined the company as Director of Brokerage for Mid-Atlantic Operations.

Theodore A. Amberg, AIA, NCARB, joined VOA Associates, Inc.'s DC office. VOA was selected to design the National Museum of Military History.

GWCAR Board member Susan Pepper of Grubb & Ellis served as 2003 Board Chair of Leadership Washington.

Lawrence Fitzgerald and Erik McLaughlin were promoted to senior vice presidents in the Vienna office of Grubb & Ellis. Keith Summers was promoted to Vice President. Juliana Flowers was named Senior Financial Analyst in the DC office.

Akridge was awarded the Northern Virginia NAIOP Award of Merit for the interior build out of the Dept. of Homeland Security facility.

Spaulding & Slye Colliers Int'l. brokers Brian Conolly Jr. and Tony Womack were named exculsive leasing agents of Willow Oaks III in Merrifield, Va.

James Cassidy was promoted to Assistant Vice President of Cassidy & Pinkard in McLean.

Jonathan Levi joined Cassidy & Pinkard as Chief Technology Officer. Cassidy & Pinkard's Paul "Rocky" Kern III assisted the American Association of Blood Banks to sell their building in Bethesda.

Joan Williams joined Vienna-based Atlantic Realty Cos. as Chief Financial Officer. Charles Katis joined the DC office of Staubach as Vice President.

Kevin J. McGloon joined Advantis/GVA as Senior Director of Brokerage Services.

Bennett Lee moved to Watt, Tieder, Hoffar & Fitzgerald's new San Francisco office.

Keith Lipton was named Managing Director of Asset Services at CB Richard Ellis in DC.

Shannon Riley was named Development Manager of Jones Lang LaSalle's project & Development Services in McLean.
